Happy New Year to everyone that follows my blog . I am so grateful for your help and encouragement during my heart transplant journey. It’s been a journey for sure. Your support has motivated me to push through the difficult times. I’ve done my best to share my experiences good and bad with all of you.

I saddens me to announce that this is my last post. I just feel that it has run its course…

To update everyone—I’m still experiencing side effects from the medications. I’m still having bilateral feet and ankle pain and I’m working with pain management. I continue to attend cardiac rehab. I am an advocate for organ donation and I was approved for social security disability.

I can’t thank everyone enough. I love you all and will always appreciate everything that you’ve all done for me. I could not have gotten as far as I have without you. I wish everyone a spectacular year!
