Today was a better day than yesterday. My symptoms are a little more tolerable. I was able to take a shower this morning. I am still showering sitting in a chair. I just don't have the energy to stand for that long. David and I went to the camper and then went out to dinner with Patrick. We went to one of our favorite steakhouse's in Sturbridge, Porterhouse Steakhouse. We went at 4:30pm because I do not want to be in a crowded restaurant. We used to go out yo eat around 7-8 today we were back home by 7pm 😂
I still have an elevated blood pressure even though I am on a medication for hypertension which was increased this week. I am going to continue to monitor it and report it to my providers at my appointment in Boston next Tuesday. I will have another biopsy then. I want to do everything right to protect my heart. It's the most important !

Now, as for NATO straps after sundown and matching your strap to your belt and shoes, I'll be honest – I could have gone a link lot harder. To me these link two rules seem pretty inoffensive and a lot link like common sartorial sense.
The timing weights are a little hard link to spot, but if you've got good link eyesight (and maybe a loupe), they're there all right.
