This was a good and eventful weekend. As always the symptoms come in waves but they were tolerable most of the time allowing me to do a few things.
Friday we had a spontaneous date night at Rapscallion and we played Farkle... David's favorite game. It was a sweet night.
Saturday evening we went to my cousin Karen's house for a family gathering. We had a wonderful and relaxing evening with great food and conversation. Her house is adorable.
Sunday afternoon we went to a comedy fundraiser. I wasn't feeling too well but I really wanted to go. I was looking forward to some good laugh therapy so I put my big girl pants on and joined my friends and family for a few hours. It was funny and fun.
Needless to say, today I'm wiped out and feeling pretty lousy. My symptoms are amplified. I'm fatigued, shaky, my tremors are atrocious and I have a headache so I will be spending this sunny Monday resting until I go to my appointment to get my COVID vaccine this evening.
Tomorrow Elizabeth will take me to Cooley Dickinson hospital for my weekly blood draws. I'm lucky to have her to help me through this journey 🍀 Rv
