Infection or No Infection?

I wasn't feeling that good today but I pushed through and even spent some time outside by the pool. I sat on the edge and put my feet in for a while. It was relaxing. I didn't feel well enough to actually go in the pool but I enjoyed being outside with my family!
The heart transplant team contacted me to let me know that my Chest X-ray looked good and did not show any abnormalities. My urine and blood cultures do not show any growth after 24 hours so that is a good sign of no infection. They will check again at the 48 hour to be sure. I took an at home COVID test for haha's and it was negative. This is all good news but doesn't explain why my white blood cell count is trending up. My Tacrolimus level is within normal limits which means my dosage will remain the same. I will have blood work drawn again next week to monitor my status. I still check my blood sugar two times a day and my numbers have been coming down. I was told that I had glucose in my urine so they want to check an A1C. This is a blood test that measures your average blood sugar over the last 3 months and can indicate Diabetes depending on the levels. I thought a low sodium diet was tough but a low sodium and low sugar/ carbohydrate diet would be even tougher . š Of course I will do whatever I need to do to stay healthy. I am so blessed to have my new special heart!

When the news first broke about this watch, we had but one screenshot of the game. We could sort of see the watch, but it wasn't a clear shot. Needless to say, I was fairly certain link of what I was getting before experiencing link it in the metal. I'll admit though, it was strange to see the watch in a game-still before seeing it seemingly pulled from the screen into real life. The entire time I spent wearing it, I felt like I was in a video game, myself. link But I digress.
