Everyday in every way I am aware of the miracle that I have received in this special heart. I feel it beating and I am in awe. Is this real ? I think about all the love and support that I have received from everyone. I think about the amazing abilities of my Surgeons and the advances in medicine that have made this possible. I am extremely thankful for the selflessness of the person who decided to be an organ donor and I cry for the family who is grieving. I hope that in their grief they find some comfort in knowing that their loved one has saved someone's life. I have said this before and I will probably say it again I promise to take care of my new heart and I will continue to do everything I can to keep moving forward in my wonderful life. ❤️

That's part of what makes Alpina's recent revival of the bumper so fun. As its sixth in-house caliber – the AL-709 – it's kind of a surprise that a sporty link brand seems to have brought back a "dead" design for nothing more than nostalgia's sake. And frankly, I'm here for it. That's not to say link Alpina slapped an old movement design in a new case and called it a day. No, it seems acutely link aware of the "bumper's" drawbacks and made efforts to improve it.
