Crashed on the couch

This morning we went to Cooley Dickinson Hospital to have my weekly blood drawn. I was also ordered to have a head cat scan due to headaches but when I checked in at the Radiology department we discovered that the test was scheduled in Boston. We waited for a while to see if they could squeeze me in for the scan. Unfortunately I couldn't hang around for long because I was late taking my 9am anti rejection medications. I had to reschedule the cat scan for Friday morning.
I came home, had some breakfast and took my medications which resulted in me feeling horrible and crashing on the couch. David and I were planning to go to the campground but I just wasn't feeling well enough. I can honestly say I feel better today than I did yesterday or Sunday so I'm keeping a positive outlook for tomorrow. We will try to go to the camper again this weekend.
I will await a call from the heart transplant team with my lab results and medication adjustments tomorrow. For now I'm just resting...

I feel you Elmo!!

I especially loved that Oris is an independent brand with serious heritage. So when the Caliber 400 (the brand's first in-house movement) was released in 2020, I saw it as a natural progression for the brand. And I shared Logan's excitement when, last week, it released this new Divers Sixty-Five Caliber 400 12H ā the first serially produced D65 with the Caliber 400 inside. I happened to be link at HODINKEE HQ when it arrived for review link and got a chance to spend a couple of days with link the watch.
Clocking in link at three-years-old as of tomorrow, this in-depth piece by contributor Dr. Andrew Hildreth has, like the enamel dials which it covers, aged rather well. Studying a classic link in the dress watch genre, he offers a closer look not just at the ref. 2625, but more specifically at the craftsmanship required to create the reference's gorgeous grand link feu dial.
It actually stemmed from the movement ā the shape was a natural design evolution once its layout link was defined. link I was originally thinking of a rectangular design, link a bit like the RM 016, but when more parts and functions were added to the movement layout, the design expanded organically.
Hope you get to enjoy the weekend, KellyAnn. Sorry youāve been crashed on the couch! Hope tomorrow is a better dayā¤ļø
