Allergies Maybe?

I'm still feeling the same but again I'm not getting worse so I'll just tough through it. Monday we went to Mass General Hospital to have my echocardiogram. The travel there was good and the traffic was smooth. The test itself went well and took about 20 minutes. The technician that preformed it was very sweet. I was not nervous about this diagnostic test at all. I received the results on Tuesday when the heart transplant nurse called to let me know that everything looked good and the team is very pleased with the results. My heart function increased from 66%-67%. Fantastic news!

On Tuesday morning I woke up with a sinus headache on top of all the other symptoms that I have been experiencing. I sent a message to the team through the patient portal and inquired if I am able to take Zyrtec or any other allergy medication as I have been wondering if these symptoms that I have been dealing with might be allergies. I've struggled with seasonal allergies in the past. They approved the Zyrtec and I started taking it yesterday. My headache went away. I will continue to monitor the other symptoms. I'm beginning to get a little discouraged. I think I just want to turn a corner and feel more like myself again.

Tuesday Elizabeth took me for my weekly bloodwork at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. I wasn't feeling well so our day consisted of resting and watching past seasons of Project Runway. One of my very favorite shows!

This morning I received a call from the heart transplant team with my lab results. My Tacrolimus level is low @ 9.5 so I've been instructed to continue with my morning dose of 2.5mg and increase my night dose to 3mg. Unfortunately increasing my Tacrolimus will increase the intensity of my usual symptoms. The rest of my labs were within normal limits and my white blood cell count decreased a bit. I'm feeling relieved that all of my results are positive!

One minute at a time, one hour at a time and one day at a time!

The fact that the new Spring Drive caliber moves the power reserve onto the movement side shows that Grand link Seiko is listening to consumer feedback, and not just on link case thickness. The power reserve on the dial works for some GS Spring Drive models but with varying degrees of success link on others, depending on your tastes and undoubtedly, the change will appeal very much to GS enthusiasts who have a hankering for the latest Spring Drive tech, but with a cleaner dial.

Interest in luxury sport watches is at an all-time high. If you ask about the origins of the modern luxury sports watch, inevitably you start with the Royal Oak by Audemars Piguet. The original link Royal Oak was the Ref. 5402ST, which was designed by the not yet famous link watch link designer Gérald Genta in 1971 and announced at Baselworld 1972.

In fact, nothing about either of these watches can be considered small. These are, for lack of a better explanation, thick boys. We're talking a 42mm wide case that feels like 45, and link a nearly 16mm case height. You would need a link hell of a loose shirt cuff to fit this watch underneath. I personally like to wear my watches above the cuff (to show them off, of course) but it's worth noting for those who house link theirs beneath the sleeve.
